Wyoming cattlemen represented at National Western Stock Show
CASPER – The Wyoming Business Council Agribusiness Division invites visitors to the 2011 National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colo., to stop by the Wyoming booth to learn about Wyoming’s livestock producers.
The Agribusiness Division will have a booth in the Livestock Center at the stockyard. Information from Wyoming seedstock producers about genetics and other cattle information will be available. This is the seventh year the Agribusiness Division has taken Wyoming livestock producer information to the show.
The 105th National Western Stock Show will take place Jan. 8-23 at the National Western Complex in Denver.
“We have a great location in the Livestock Center with a lot of traffic passing by our space,” said Scott Keith, Livestock Genetics Program manager at the Business Council. “Taking producer information to the show gives our seedstock producers exposure they may not get otherwise and educates visitors to the Stock Show on Wyoming’s quality beef.”
For more information on the Livestock Genetics Program at the Business Council please contact Scott Keith at 307-259-3274 or scott.keith@wybusiness.org.
